Download and Account Setup

  1. Depending on your mobile device operating system, download either the Android or iOS version from their respective application stores.
  2. Once the application is downloaded, enable notifications and begin the account setup. You can turn these off at any time in the Profile menu of the application.
  3. At Raiinmaker, we are utilizing a new concept in the account creation process called ‘Decentralized Identity’, powered by MyFii, built on the Dragonchain platform. We believe you should have complete control over the use of your data.
    • Click on “Accept Terms” once you have checked the box and read through the Terms of Service, User Agreement, and Privacy Policy. This will create a new identity with an ‘Identity Name’ (you can change this later on).
    • Click and wait for initialization of your decentralized identity.
  4. Please note to recover an account you must set a username and recovery code. We cannot recover accounts without them. This will be covered in a later section
  5. If you cannot log in -- you can delete your phone’s memory cache, uninstall the application, and reinstall in order to troubleshoot. If you keep having issues, contact support@raiinmaker.com
  6. When you first log into Raiinmaker, you will first see the Seed screen. The Seed screen shows all the potential types of Campaigns you can join and movements you can help spread the word in.
  7. Click on the menu button in the top left hand corner of your screen in order to access the side menu -- you can click;
    • Home to take you to the Seed screen at any time
    • My Campaigns to see all the campaigns you are a part of
    • Account to set up your own preferences and change account settings
    • Contact Support in order to send us an email regarding issues or questions you may have
    • Redeem Rewards in order to go to the Redeem page in order to redeem your points for different rewards
    • Logout to be logged out of the application
  8.  Swipe to the right in order to move to the Harvest screen. In the Harvest screen, you can Redeem your rewards, view your collectibles, see your daily progress, and view information on your past and present campaigns.
  9. In the Account Page, users can set up their profiles to earn rewards, be matched to Campaigns, control their identity and information, manage notifications and much more.

 

Profile Setup

  1. Navigate to the Account page to begin setting up your Profile.
    • Setting Profile Image: In order to set your profile image, select the Pencil Icon below the Blue Avatar Icon. Allow permissions to your storage device, select your image and upload it to your profile. 
    • Age: Select your age range from 0 - 18, 19 - 26, ……, or 65+. This will help match your age to other potential campaigns seeking similar demographics.
    • Location: Select your Country, State (if in the United States), and type in your city name. This will help match your location to other potential campaigns seeking similar demographics.
    • Interests: Select up to 10 interests in order to be matched to specific campaigns.
    • Values: Select up to 3 values in order to be matched to specific campaigns.
    • Social Following: Continue to the “Account Settings” page in order to add your Twitter profile to see your Social Following metrics. This will help match your following to other potential campaigns seeking similar demographics.
  2. Account Settings can be set up in the Account Settings screen;
    • Account Recovery Code: Set a 6 digit account recovery number in order to recover your account in the case that you lose your phone or uninstall the application. You must remember our Account username as well. Write down your Account Recovery Code in a secure location.
    • Account username: Your account username comes preset -- you can change it by clicking on the pencil icon and entering in your own. You must remember your Account Username and Account Recovery code in order to recover your account. Write down your Account Username in a secure location.
    • KYC Document Verification: In order to withdraw, you must go through the KYC process. In order to start the KYC, you must provide your name, address, proof of identity (via Driver’s License, Passport, or Government Issued Card. You must take a Selfie holding your document, and upload images of the front and back of the document as well.
    • Manage IDs: You can view any personal identifiable documents that Raiinmaker has and manage them. In order to delete a particular Factor, hold until the “Delete” option appears. You can create/delete factors from your PHone Number, Email Address, and/or KYC information. 
    • Manage Networks: In order to utilize “Track Posts” and other features, as well as maximize your potential rewards, you can link your account with Twitter. Authorize Raiinmaker access to Twitter and your quick-posting will be enabled the next time you go to post a templated link.
    • MyFii KYC Factors: If you have completed the KYC, you can view all information that is Raiinmaker retained by downloading your factors. It may take time to do so, but will have a spinning icon as it progresses.
    • Manage Notifications: Enable or disable Raiinmaker notifications by clicking on each icon as desired.









How to Seed Campaigns

  1. In order to join a campaign, select a Campaign to view from the list of campaigns in the Seed portion of the application.
  3. You can then review Campaign information and click “Participate” to join. Some campaigns may also require information from you before continuing. If you do not meet the requirements of the campaigns, or do not have the appropriate information filled in, then you may not be able to participate in the campaign.
  4. Verify Requirement eligibility by entering required information (Name, Email, Address, etc.). You can also view the reward, the amount of tokens, and when the campaign ends in this view as well. 
  5. Once you click “Participate” you’ll then be directed to the “Accept Campaign” screen by certifying the information you provided and signing that you agree to the Terms of Service, User Agreement, and Privacy Policy.

 

How to Grow Campaigns

  1. Promote a Campaign by sharing campaigns, users are able to build ‘influence’ that is earned by your social sharing. The campaign owner leverages a score based on influence to reward said users. Promote a Campaign by selecting a previously accepted Campaign to ‘Grow’ and click the Promote button.
  2. From here you can select (3) forms to share your campaign:
  3. Copy Link - Copy your affiliate link to your clipboard to then use as you like.
  4. Quick Share - Quickly share a template promo post to applications on your device via the mobile share feature.
  5. Tracked Post - Promote a post on a linked social account to receive more tracking capabilities and thus receive more rewards (Currently Twitter is only Available).
  6. Users are allowed to post relevant original content to promote the campaign, within the guidelines of our user agreement.
  7. Please note that to be eligible for tracking and reward, your content must provide the required hashtags (#ad is always required) and be sure to add your affiliate link to each post.

 

How to Harvest Campaigns

  1. Review Campaign Performance
  2. The Harvest dashboard provides users a view on interactions achieved and the current ‘Influence Score’ achieved by those earned interactions. Here you can also Redeem your earned rewards.
  3. Raiinmaker Affiliate Link Metrics
  4. Clicks - Number of Clicks on your provided link.
  5. Views - Number of Video views achieved by your shares.
  6. Submissions - Number of value on-page Clicks (Ex: Submissions of a form, Product Purchase, etc.)
  7. Twitter Tracked Post Metrics
  8. Likes - Number of Likes on your Twitter linked ‘Tracked Posts’.
  9. Shares - Number of Retweets on your Twitter linked ‘Tracked Posts’.
