Why can't I withdraw Coiin or $Raiin? — Raiinmaker Support

Coiin is internal only and cannot be withdrawn from the Raiinmaker Network.

$Raiin is externally trading however. Below are the lists of prerequisites in order to withdrawal on Coiin.ai:

Your Coiin.ai account must have KYC Level 1 completed.
Your Coiin.ai account must have KYC Level 2 completed.
No recent changes to your account email in the past seven (7) days.
No password changes to you account for a minimum of seven (7) days.
A verified wallet address on the Base ERC-20 or SEI network is linked to your account.
A Base or SEI Wallet must be claimed to your wallet for at least seven days.
After seven days, the ‘Approved Addresses’ toggle will be turned on your Account page. If your wallet is disabled, then it will be another seven days.
